Responses by age, gender, position and area
This survey measures how satisfied the customers of mediation offices are with the service they have received. Data are being collected continuously in each mediation office in Finland through a questionnaire. The results are updated four times a year.
The distribution of responses for each item can be examined by different background factors. Responses can be examined either for the entire period or for each year separately.
