Interspecies differences in the levels of harmful substances in fish in 2016 (EU-fish III project)

The graph shows the median levels of contaminants in different fish species by catch area in 2016. The information has been gathered from the EU-fish III -project. By default, the graph shows the concentrations of dioxins, ie. PCDD/F compounds, in the Bothnian Sea. You can change the catch area and contaminant from the drop down menus. If no column is visible for a species, the compound has not been analyzed in the selected catch area. From the “Export table” dropdown menu you can download numerical data used in the graph as CSV or Excel format or the graph itself in PNG format. In the calculation of median levels, values below the laboratory limit of quantification have been treated as zero (lower bound method).
